Magdalena’s main specializations include labour law, corporate law and real estate law.

Magdalena has extended expertise in advising on complex employment matters and resolving labour law issues, including issues related to the supervision of employers’ practices by the Slovak supervisory authorities. In addition to the general labour law agenda and preparation of comprehensive labour law documentation for entrepreneurs, Magdaléna also deals with specific issues related to collective labour relations.

Magdalena also has a wide experience in the field of litigation and settlement negotiations. Besides that, she has also participated in numerous successful corporate transactions of clients operating in different types of industries such as machinery, automotive or chemical industry.

Magdalena also has an extensive experience in the field of enforcement of foreign enforcement titles in Slovakia; in this area she provides her assistance and expertise to several foreign entrepreneurs as well as state institutions from the EU countries.

In her practise Magdalena also regularly participates in cases concerning the compensation of damage and non-pecuniary harm as a consequence of the wrongful provision of healthcare service in which she represents the aggrieved parties in out of court negotiations as well in court proceedings.

I believe that in addition to providing our clients with high-quality legal support at a professional level, it is equally important to make our clients feel that we stand behind them, we are there for them and we represent their best interests. Therefore, when working with clients I always place emphasis on individual and human approach and build my relationships based on trust and respect. I makes me happy that through my work I can help real people with their real problems and thus bring a positive change into the private lives of individuals or into the functioning of their business.

Our clients appreciate Magdalena’s human approach, her reliability and ability to provide complex legal advice in different areas of law.

In 2020 Magdalena became partner of our law firm.
