Margareta focuses primarily on corporate law and contractual law, in particular on agreements on the lease of non-residential premises. Recently she participated in a number of acquisition projects of our clients and provided legal advice to clients operating in all different types of industries including chemical, food and automotive industry, as well as agriculture and real estate.

She has an extensive experience with provision of comprehensive services in the field of debt collection and is able to solve any day-to-day operative business issues of our clients in a prompt and thorough way.

Margareta has an extensive expertise in the area of medical law, mainly with respect to providing legal advice in connection with reimbursement of loss suffered as a result of non lege artis provision of healthcare and represents our clients in out of court negotiations with the health care providers and in lawsuits against such providers. She regularly speaks to the media about the medical law issues.

Currently she also focuses on advising our private clients, especially with regard to complicated inheritance disputes with a cross-border element and disputes concerning the settlement of joint co-ownership of spouses – entrepreneurs.

I like to bring clarity to seemingly complicated situations and find solutions where clients can no longer find them on their own. When working with clients I always apply approaches that consider the clients’ ideas as well as their best legal interest and that respect the limits of the valid legislation. I like to introduce innovative processes to management of our office and thus create a space that allows not only for our own growth but most importantly for growth of our clients and for realization of their visions.

In 2020, Margareta became a partner of our law firm and, in addition to providing legal services to our clients, she is also tasked to handle the day-to-day management of our law office.
